Lakeland, Florida has seen an unprecedented amount of growth for the past few years in both people and wealth. With this growth, a boom of new realtors began to flood the market with good and bad gimmicks, and our client wanted to make sure he didn't get lost in the wave. At the same time, he didn't want to seem desperate or annoying, as he understood the perception of real estate agents wasn't favorable. And, with his experience, he also knew trust was the barrier he needed to burst through to become "Lakeland's friendliest agent."
Solution
After months of business plan building, discovery sessions and research, we unlocked the brand filters to set Realtor Raf III apart from everyone else by leveraging his personal passion for good financial choices, as well as his lighthearted attitude towards the painful process that buying a house can be. We asked ourselves, "what if it didn't have to be painful?" We decided to help teach people how to find the funny throughout the stressful process of buying and/or selling a house. After developing our brand strategy filter, we developed a message filter, creative system and content strategy to guide him in creating his own content on a weekly basis.

A year later, our Realtor Raf III work brought our team 14 total American Advertising Awards (AAF Addys) in combined local and district competitions against agencies across the state of Florida and the Caribbean.
