Challenge
We were asked to take a small decade old business and transform it into a well-defined "legit" brand. The original goal was to simply give the company a refresh, but our discovery process shed a light on long-term dreams the owner didn't know he had going into the project.

Solution
Our strategic collaboration with the owner gave us new vision to transition from people to small businesses. The research told us that IT work is recession proof, so we reposition the business as the future proof solution for small businesses whether they need network support, repairs or security.
